TacCinch™ Strap RG
A compact cinch strap for securing slim gear.
The TacCinch™ Strap attaches to the backpack’s side MOLLE zones to secure narrow equipment such as trekking poles, umbrellas, and tripods. Its short profile and adjustable cinch system hold gear firmly against the pack, minimizing movement and rattling during carry.

About
MATERIALS

CORDURA® 1000D nylon is a high-denier nylon fabric widely used in packs and heavy-duty gear in military for its abrasion resistance and tear strength.
We use 1000D Cordura® for the shell to prioritize long-term wear resistance in daily carry, travel, and outdoor use.

YKK® coil zipper with a DWR (Durable Water Repellent) coating applied to the zipper tape.
Designed to reduce water penetration from light rain and snow while maintaining smooth operation.
The coating is formulated for durability and long-term performance under regular use.

Selected from WoojinPlastic®’s high-durability hardware lines,
widely used by leading global outdoor, tactical, and industrial brands,
all components are field-proven and meet military and industrial standards
for load-bearing performance in daily carry, travel, and outdoor use.

210D high-tenacity nylon is used for the interior lining to balance strength, abrasion resistance, and weight.
Compared to standard nylon of similar denier, high-tenacity yarns provide higher tensile strength and improved durability, making it suitable for structured internal compartments and long-term use.

Webb300™ webbing is used across the system for load-bearing and attachment points.
Rated for up to 300 kg tensile strength, it provides consistent strength and dimensional stability under load.

The back panel is constructed with 420D high-tenacity nylon combined with DuraBreath™ mesh.
This combination is selected to handle continuous contact stress, including abrasion, heat buildup, moisture, and clothing wear, while maintaining durability and airflow during extended use.

Our low-noise zipper pulls are made using a 550 paracord–derived nylon sheath
with a reduced-core configuration, balancing durability, flexibility, and noise reduction.
