Returns & Refunds (U.S.)

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in brand new condition, and returned with original packaging, tags, and all included accessories.
All return requests must be approved before items are sent back.
We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.

We are currently unable to provide prepaid return shipping labels.
Once your return request has been approved, you will receive detailed return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must follow the provided instructions.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
For orders of $200 USD or more, a $10 USD return processing fee will be deducted from the refund.
Original shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Returns for orders under $200 USD are accepted within 30 days of delivery and are subject to the eligibility requirements above.
Customers are responsible for return shipping.

We do not offer direct exchanges.
To purchase a different item, please return your original order and place a new order.

This return policy applies only to orders delivered within the United States.
International orders and sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of confirmed defects, damage, or incorrect items.

We would like to offer the same return flexibility to customers worldwide. However, international returns are currently unavailable because we do not operate return facilities outside the United States.

Due to international shipping, customs, and inspection limitations, we are unable to process standard international returns.

All international orders are final sale and are not eligible for standard returns or exchanges.
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
After review, we may offer a refund or replacement at our discretion.
Due to international shipping and customs limitations, we may not require approved international claims to be returned.
