Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, based on business days in South Korea, excluding public holidays. Orders are shipped from Seoul, South Korea.
The transit times below are estimates once the shipment leaves our warehouse.
United States & Canada
We offer free standard shipping (4–9 business days) on orders of $200 or more to the United States(all duties and import taxes included) and Canada.
Asia
We offer free standard shipping (2–5 business days) on orders of $200 or more to Asia.
Europe
We offer free standard shipping (4–8 business days) on orders of $200 or more to Europe, excluding Russia.
Oceania
We offer free standard shipping (4–9 business days) on orders of $200 or more to select countries in Oceania, including Australia and New Zealand.
