Shipping Information

Shipping still may be delayed than usual due to the pandemic. Please keep this in mind and contact us and ask before placing an order if you purchase products for your upcoming trip.

We design and develop products in San Diego, California and we make products in South Korea and Vietnam. We dispatch orders on a daily base (business days only) from our Warehouse in South Korea. For our shipments, we use Express Mail Service (EMS) Shipping and Koreanpost and can't deliver to APO/FPO addresses, as well as P.O. Boxes. We do not offer Saturday delivery. EMS Shipping takes 2-8 business days and Koreanpost takes 5-15 business days. ***Note that business days are Monday-Friday***

All shipments will be carried out through EMS Shipping but Koreanpost for some countries that we can't use EMS Shipping. The terms and conditions of each forwarder will apply. Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours (Monday-Friday). Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch, unfortunately we are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

*If you are located in Cyprus, please check and contact us before you place an order since packages can't be shipped to Northern Cyprus from here Seoul, South Korea.

Please make sure to receive a phone call from Mailman throughout your delivery days.
Please make sure that your order may be unsuccessfully delivered if your address is insufficient or there is no person at the address. So please be alert to receive a phone call from Mailman throughout your delivery days. Our shipment is door to door service and Mailman just won't drop your order at the door. Mailman will try to deliver three times and if he fails to deliver, he will return your product to us. It will cost a lot more to resend your product since international shipping cost is high.

CUSTOMS

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from us, you are the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. You authorize us to designate a carrier to act as your agent with the relevant customs and tax authorities in the destination country, to clear your merchandise and advance (on your behalf) any duties and taxes owed by you. If you don't receive your product in the days, please contact customs office in your country. Shipment may take longer due to the customs inspection.
