Tips to use • Avoid contacting with extreme heat/cold, harsh chemicals, UV light, andsharp objects since these elements may damage the bladder. • Enable to store water with -20 to 50-degree celsius • Please rinse the bladder with clean water before filling the bladder. • Please do not fill the bladder with any of liquids besides water.
I like to hike with water bladder often and am owning several bladders now but this one is the best bladder of them yet. I'm really pleased with this purchase.
