It's super cushy, and as soon as I put the belt on, the whole pack felt more comfortable to carry.
The padding on this belt is seriously thick. It makes a noticeable difference once the bag is loaded up. Super comfortable, and I'd definitely recommend adding it if you're on the fence.
For longer days with a loaded pack, this belt makes a real difference.

Molle compatibility on gear works really well. I usually connect it with a pouch and use it almost like a sling bag which is convenient for daily use. When I’m carrying more gear, I attach it around the waist area of the backpack and it does a solid job taking on the role of a belt. One detail I really like is that the bag has multiple molle attachment points depending on waist size. That makes the fit and feel more intentional instead of just being a simple add-on.
I’ve been using 35L Travel Pack every day and adding the Core Belt made the setup even better. When I wear the belt around my waist and attach MOLLE pouches to it, the weight feels more balanced and it’s much easier to keep small items close by. It makes the whole setup feel more comfortable, especially when the pack is loaded. What I like even more is that the belt and pouch can be separated from the main bag and used almost like a small sling setup. That makes it useful beyond just supporting the backpack.
When Noahflex is fully loaded, connecting this belt makes the carry feel much more comfortable. The weight feels better distributed instead of pulling only on the shoulders. I also like that the belt can be connected with a pouch and used almost like a sling bag. That makes it more useful than I expected.
