That’s why we stand behind our products with the ESHENA Lifetime Warranty.
What’s Covered
Our Lifetime Mission Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the entire usable life of the product.
This includes, but is not limited to:

Stitching or seam defects

Fabric or material flaws
-
Zippers, buckles, and hardware failures

Structural issues that affect functionality
If a product is deemed eligible, ESHENA will repair or replace the product at no cost, at our discretion.
If the original item is no longer available, a comparable replacement may be offered.
What’s Not Covered
The following are not covered under this warranty:

Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use, including
natural breakdown of materials, color fading, UV exposure,
rips, tears, punctures, and abrasion that do not affect functionality -
Damage caused by accidents (vehicle accidents, fire, etc.)

Intentional damage, misuse, or improper care
-
Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or structural alterations

Cosmetic wear that does not impact performance or usability
If wear or damage affects the product’s functionality or safety,
we encourage you to contact us. Each case is reviewed individually.

Warranty applies to the original purchaser or original gift recipient

This warranty is non-transferable
