Returns & Refunds (U.S.)


Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in brand new condition, and returned with original packaging, tags, and all included accessories.

  • All return requests must be approved before items are sent back.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


Return Shipping

  • At this time, we are unable to provide prepaid return shipping labels.

  • Once your return request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to send your item back.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping the item according to the provided instructions.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

  • For orders $200 and over, a $10 return handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount to help cover part of the return processing and shipping costs.

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.


Orders Under $200

  • Returns for orders under $200 are accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to the same eligibility requirements listed above.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping for orders under $200.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will be issued for the product value only, once the return is received and inspected.


Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges.

  • If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.


Regional Policy

  • This return policy applies only to orders shipped within the United States.

  • All international orders and sale items are final and not eligible for return.

    We’d genuinely love to offer the same return flexibility to all customers worldwide.

    However, returns are currently supported only within the United States, where we operate a return warehouse.

    Due to the lack of international return facilities, along with shipping, customs, and inspection limitations, we’re unable to process international returns.


International Orders - Refund Policy

  • Order Cancellation (Before Shipment)
    International orders may be canceled for a full refund before the order has been shipped.
    Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

    After Shipment
    All international orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

    If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
    After review, we may offer a refund or a replacement at our discretion.

    Due to international shipping and customs limitations, returned items are not required for approved international claims.
