Return & Warranty
We provide 100-day change-of-mind return on all orders for US and all international customers. Customers are responsible for shipping cost to send your product(s) back to our warehouse in Seoul, South Korea. When we receive your return and confirm that the gear is in as-new condition, we’ll process a full refund (including the original shipping cost). Please contact us for the return address.
We provide 1 year of warranty from the day of purchase (based on delivery confirmation) to the original owner for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Defective material refers to zippers, plastic parts, buckles and fabrics. If your gear has a defect, we’ll send you a replacement or organise a repair – anywhere in the world.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use.
Wear and tear is damage that naturally and inevitably occurs as a result of normal use. Regardless of how carefully you use, or how well you care for your ESHENA product, it will eventually begin to show age and wear. Common examples of wear and tear that would not be covered under the warranty include colors fading, rips, tears, abrasion, UV degradation, misuse, and general breakdown of the materials over the years.
How to Wash Bags
Please rub with a wet cloth and mild detergent to clean the spot. And then, hang dry outdoors or in a well-ventilated area out of direct sunlight. Please don’t bleach, iron, use laundry machine and dry machine, wring for dry. Please understand that bags could be little discolored due to the feature of fabric after dirts removed.
